Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Governance
Own end-to-end program delivery including scope, roadmap, budget, risk, and benefits realization
Establish and run program governance (steerco, working groups, release forums), ensuring decision clarity, accountability (RACI), and traceability.
Maintain the integrated master plan and dependency map across product teams, platforms, vendors, and enabling functions
Managed QE Service (MGS) – Embedding & Operations
Lead vendor engagement for the managed QE service including service onboarding, SLAs/OLAs and capacity and demand planning
Co-create and enforce ways of working including RACI, demand & capacity management, financial management, escalations and service delivery management
Drive benefits realization: financial tracking (budget vs. actuals), productivity baselines, value capture (e.g., reduced cycle time, improved quality), and corrective action plans
QE Transformation
Lead the overall QE Transformation program delivery, ensuring coordinated delivery of initiatives that advance automation, enable AI-driven solutions, improve metrics and reporting, and embed shift-left practices across the software development lifecycle
Drive alignment and execution by managing cross-functional workstreams, resolving dependencies, and enabling teams to deliver against transformation objectives
Establish governance and progress tracking for all transformation activities, ensuring risks, issues, and benefits realization are monitored and communicated effectively
Facilitate stakeholder engagement across engineering, QE, product, and vendor partners to ensure adoption of new capabilities and ways of working
Enable continuous improvement by tracking outcomes, identifying opportunities for acceleration, and ensuring program objectives remain aligned to evolving business priorities
Risk, Compliance, and Financials
Proactively identify and mitigate program risks (technical, operational, vendor, compliance, financial)
Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource plans; track spend, variances, and value realization
Qualifications
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
8–12+ years in program management or delivery leadership, with direct experience in QE transformation programs
QE technical fluency: test strategies, test data management, CI/CD integration, and automation patterns
Proven track record implementing managed services (vendor selection, onboarding, SLAs, performance, and continuous improvement)
Experience delivering programs that introduce AI-driven strategies or capabilities is a bonus
Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Personal Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in resource planning, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline.
Strong analytical, problem solving and root cause identification skills.
Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal.
Excellent listening and facilitation skills; the ability to sense organizational vibrations.
Coaching and mentoring skills, especially influencing others to move toward a common goal or vision.
Entrepreneurship and resourcefulness – a initiative-taker.
Self-awareness, with a desire for constant self-improvement.
Must be a collaborator and able to work with and through others.
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
