Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of technical roles, ensuring an efficient, high-touch, and inclusive candidate journey.
Partner with engineering leaders, product managers, and technology executives to define job specifications, success metrics, and structured evaluation processes.
Design and execute proactive multi-channel sourcing strategies, utilizing advanced research, social recruiting, and talent mapping to engage passive top-tier talent.
Facilitate rigorous, competency-based technical screenings and evaluations to assess candidates' technical expertise, collaborative skills, and cultural alignment.
Consult with hiring managers on market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and talent availability to advise on competitive offers and talent strategy.
Oversee and manage the candidate pipeline within the talent acquisition systems, keeping candidate data structured, compliant, and up to date.
Lead the final stage negotiation and offer formulation, collaborating with HR Business Partners and compensation specialists to secure top-tier candidates
Drive brand awareness and candidate flow by representing Bell at tech industry events, career fairs, and networking communities.
Critical Qualifications
Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, preferably within a large-scale corporate enterprise or high-growth tech environment.
Deep knowledge of modern engineering, software development, cloud infrastructure, and data science concepts to effectively evaluate candidate suitability.
Extensive expertise using advanced candidate sourcing tools, platform mining, and professional networks like LinkedIn Recruiter
Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to influence and consult with senior technical leaders and executives
Demonstrated capability in negotiating complex compensation packages and navigating offer formulations with diverse candidates
Strong commitment to promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment and hiring lifecycle.
Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors CRM for candidate relationship management and pipeline cultivation.
Proficiency in leveraging Phenom People for advanced talent experience management, candidate engagement, and sourcing
Expertise utilizing HackerRank to design, coordinate, and administer objective, competency-based technical assessments.
Qualifications
• Strong technical recruitment experience, ideally across AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Cloud, Data Engineering, or related technology functions.
• Proven sourcing capability, including experience finding and engaging passive technical talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, and market research.
• Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions, provide clear updates, influence hiring managers, and deliver a strong candidate experience.
