Advantages
* Base salary: $100 – $125K + bonus
* Comprehensive benefits package
* Minimum 3 weeks vacation (4 weeks depending on experience)
Responsibilities
* Drive new business development within Ontario, targeting OEMs, industrial clients, and contract manufacturing opportunities
* Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for expansion
* Collaborate with internal engineering and production teams to offer tailored solutions to client needs
* Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
* Maintain detailed records of sales activities in CRM and provide regular updates to leadership
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of B2B technical sales experience
* Strong background in metal fabrication, precision manufacturing, or custom industrial components is required
* Proven ability to manage a territory and close complex, consultative sales deals
* Comfortable discussing technical drawings and manufacturing processes with clients
* Willingness to travel within Ontario and occasionally across Canada as needed
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
