Responsibilities
•Optimization of cellular bills and the successful addition of new suppliers
•Ownership of phone queue
•Evaluation and enhancement of accounts payable process o Maintenance of internal user database documents that assist internal engineers
•Creation and configuration of IOT dashboard user accounts for both internal and external users - Service Level Agreements
•Client customer requests shall be responded to within 24 hours of submission.
•Client customer requests shall be managed within our department CRM (Salesforce).
•In queue phone calls shall be answered within 60 seconds of presentation. Services will be delivered at the direction of the Client and will require frequent collaboration with Client stakeholders:
•Daily and monthly tasks will be assigned by Client with a due date assigned and monitored by client
•Weekly status updates on Client assigned tasks (daily and monthly) inclusive of due date assigned shall be provided.
•Meet the target deliverable date for each task and/or escalating as necessary of if or when deadlines are at risk.
•Perform and provide reporting on monthly cellular service plan reviews to drive the desired coverage to cost balance ratio while targeting the lowest cost, best coverage service.
•Oversee and Manage all cellular invoices, ensuring payment on or before the requested, service provider, due date.
•Shall be responsible for working with prescribed software applications and portals to complete the tasks at hand as directed by Client.
•Accurately enter data and product content into product management database for existing and new skus.
•Validate all obtained data to ensure accuracy before publishing on the website
•Improve item level data quality by implementing data audits to all categories by routinely cleaning up and removing old SKUs, organize spreadsheets when necessary
•Assign related and associated products to equipment skus to publish online
•Create and organize product data for bundled product templates and import files
•Review and edit supersede list daily for adds, deletes and changes
Qualifications
• Years of experience: 2
• Education: Bachelor's degree (Business)
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Action-orientated, self-starter takes initiative to resolve issues.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated, and able to develop resilient and positive professional relationships.
• Quick learner and team worker
