What You'll Be Doing
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from initial job posting through to offer acceptance.
Strategic Partnering: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies and structured hiring plans.
Candidate Sourcing: Professionally source passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other specialized acquisition channels.
Screening & Assessment: Conduct thorough recruiter phone screens to assess technical capability and cultural alignment.
Candidate Experience: Coordinate interview schedules and ensure an exceptional, smooth candidate journey throughout the process.
Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for both immediate and future organizational hiring needs.
Interview Optimization: Create and maintain standardized interview guides and data-driven hiring scorecards.
Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives, including careers page content, social media presence, and recruitment events.
Data & Metrics: Track key recruiting metrics—such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and offer acceptance rates—utilizing the internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
HR Collaboration: Work alongside the HR team to facilitate offer preparation, background/reference checks, and seamless onboarding activities.
Process Improvement: Continuously optimize recruiting workflows to ensure an efficient, consistent, and inclusive hiring experience.
What You Bring To The Table
Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a technology, SaaS, or high-growth environment.
Versatility: Demonstrated success recruiting for both technical (software engineering) and non-technical business roles.
Geographic Scope: Experience navigating talent acquisition both within and outside of Canada.
Core Competencies: Exceptional interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication abilities paired with influential stakeholder management.
Organization: Superior organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple active searches simultaneously.
Tools: Proficient utilization of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Education: Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
