Key Responsibilities:
● Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of infrastructure
professionals.
● Infrastructure Oversight: Oversee the design and maintenance of Windows Server
environments, .NET applications, and SQL databases.
● Network & Security: Optimize Fortinet firewalls and Cisco/Dell switching environments;
enforce IT security policies in alignment with industry standards.
● Systems Management: Maintain Microsoft Hyper-V HA Failover Clusters and Dell
Blade/PowerMax/SAN infrastructure.
● Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure infrastructure
supports long-term corporate goals.
● Operations: Manage vendor relationships, track budgets, and lead disaster
recovery/business continuity planning.
Qualifications
What You Bring
● Experience: Minimum 15 years in IT infrastructure with 7+ years in a formal
leadership/management role.
● Technical Depth: Expert-level knowledge of Windows Server, MS SQL, and .NET
environments.
● Hardware & Networking: Proven experience with Dell Blade/PowerMax, Compellent
SAN, and Cisco/Dell networking protocols.
● Security Focus: Hands-on experience with Fortinet firewall configuration and modern
cybersecurity frameworks.
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT.
● Certifications (Preferred): MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, CISSP, or Fortinet NSE.
● Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the communication skills
necessary to manage diverse stakeholders.
