Hours: Flexible, generally 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Breaks: One 30-minute unpaid lunch and two 15-minute paid breaks.
Wage: $24/hour

Responsibilities
The role is split approximately 60% General Labour/Logistics and 40% Administrative support:
General Labour / Stores (60%)
• Fulfilling store orders
• Shipping and receiving stock
• Inventory management
• General organizing of materials
• Shipping promotional items
• Physical Requirement: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (typically closer to 30 lbs)
Administration (40%)
• Processing expenses
• Finding and booking hotels
• Setting up events
• Searching for and coordinating vendors
• General organizational tasks (organizational skills are key)
Qualifications
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are key
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in basic computer use and Microsoft Suite; knowledge of Shopify is essential
• Independence: Highly organized, self-starter, quick on their feet, and independent problem solver who requires minimal supervision
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, knowing when to ask questions
• Physical Capability: Must be able to handle physical tasks, including lifting and managing items, specifically promotional materials in boxes (up to 50 lbs)
