Responsibilities
Greeting and directing visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Managing a multi-line phone system and directing calls appropriately.
Handling incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and scheduling as needed.
Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
Qualifications
Mandatory: Complete fluency in both English and French (written and verbal).
Demonstrated administrative experience is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
