Job Title: Part-Time Office Assistant (Temporary Summer Coverage)
Location: Halifax, NS
Duration: July 21 to August 1, 2025
Hours: 3–4 hours per day, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the daily preparation and mailing of Notices to Secured Parties. This includes:
Downloading and printing reports
Sorting and preparing mailings
Stuffing envelopes
Applying postage using a postage meter
Reconciling the number of reports printed to ensure all have been processed
Additional administrative tasks may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications
Previous office administration experience (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet daily mailing deadlines
Comfortable working independently
Basic familiarity with office equipment (printer, postage machine, etc.)
This role offers a great opportunity for someone looking to contribute meaningfully in a short-term capacity.
