• Manage the front desk operations to ensure the reception area is manned at all times during business hours.

• Support the tenant services team by checking urgent work orders and ensuring timely communication.
• Maintain the general cleanliness and organization of the office and kitchen areas, including loading and unloading the dishwasher.
• Assist with various administrative projects and other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the business administration flow.
Qualifications
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for professional customer care.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced business administration environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a real estate setting.
• Competent IT skills and the ability to learn new software portals quickly.
• A passionate, "above and beyond" approach to customer service.
• Minimum of 1+ year of experience in a customer service role; experience in commercial property management is a significant asset.
• Previous experience in business administration or a front-desk reception role is preferred.
• Prior experience using MRI Angus Anywhere is considered a strong asset for this position.
