Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and relationship building to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts while expanding the client base within your assigned territory.
- Assess client needs and provide tailored product and equipment solutions.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and training, staying informed on evolving market trends.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure exceptional service from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present accurate quotations and proposals.
- Track all sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline updates through the CRM system.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements in partnership with the Sales leadership team.
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management—preferably in an
- industrial, packaging, or manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability in solution-based selling and building long-term client relationships.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM systems.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive conversations and sales strategies.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for continuous growth and professional development.
