You will be crucial in strategically identifying new business and managing existing accounts within a specified territory, providing solutions in the dynamic packaging and distribution market. The ideal candidate is an organized, hard-working self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.
This is a primarily remote role, however you must live in the Windsor/London corridor as travel within this area will be necessary for client meetings.

•Starting base salary of $60,000 per year.

Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the Territory Sales Representative include:
•Strategically identify new business opportunities through effective market research, networking, and prospecting to meet and exceed sales goals.
•Actively pursue new business while maintaining current sales accounts within the geographical territory.
•Assess client needs and resources to recommend appropriate goods and services, including providing product knowledge and training.
•Build relationships with both internal and external customers , respond to customer requests and inquiries in a timely manner, and understand customer buying patterns.
•Prepare and submit packaging & equipment supply quotations, and submit call reports on a regular basis.
•In cooperation with the VP of Sales, negotiate agreements with prospective and current clients. Maintain and track all sales activity through the company CRM system.
•Represent the company ethically and professionally, offering the best solutions, maintaining a strong corporate image, and acting as an ambassador of the company.
•Work with Customer Service as a team to ensure follow-through and uphold the highest standards. Work with all teams to maximize results and provide outstanding customer experience
Qualifications
•3-5 years of experience in sales or business development capacity is required.
•High school diploma is required; some post-secondary education is ideal.
•Superior Customer Service coupled with active listening skills and attention to detail are a must.
•Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external customers.
•Outstanding written, verbal, and strong presentation skills.
•Experience and an above-average knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
•Ability to take initiative and own an autonomous work ethic.
•Computer savvy with strong research skills and the ability to analyze data to drive conversations and objectives.
•Previous Solution-based selling experiences and experience/knowledge of the packaging and distribution industry are asset
