Shifts:
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Afternoon Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (+ $2/hr premium)
Compensation: $27–$30+/hr (based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Welding and fitting thin gauge stainless steel components to blueprint specifications
- Assembling parts following shop drawings or supervisor instructions
- Performing initial quality inspections and ensuring compliance with internal standards
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Using fabrication equipment such as grinders, cutters, benders, and rollers
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- Strong knowledge and experience with TIG welding of THIN gauge stainless steel
- 3+ years experience in a welder fitter role working with thin gauge steel
- Must be able to work independently, but have team work attitude
- Ability to read and interpret a variety of welding blueprints, drawings specifications, and technical manuals to fit and weld product
- Ability to use a variety of hand and measurement tools for a fabrication shop
- High level of concentration and focus required
CWB Certifications are considered an ASSET, not a requirement!
