As a Tire Loader in Bridgewater, NS, you will be responsible for meeting daily shipping requirements by loading product into shipping containers while maintaining high levels of quality in a safe and effective manner!

Responsibilities
What will you be doing?
Tire Loaders work in a team of two, and are responsible for:
• Manually loading tires onto a conveyor belt (4 loads per shift)
• Operating powered industrial vehicles (walkie stacker)
• Accurate recording of data (tire load sheets, shipping logs)
• Off-loading tires from conveyor belt into shipping trailer.
• Operating conveyor belt.
• Keeping loading bay + areas clean
• Inspecting tires loads for quality errors
• Maintaining a safe + clean work environment
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting of up to 50lbs - **MUST HAVE**
• Safety oriented with the ability to comply with all safety regulations
• Eye for detail, ability to spot nonconforming product/quality discrepancies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team based environment
• Comfortable working in a standing position for 8-12 hours + performing repetitive tasks
• Highly motivated
• Reliable
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently
• 2 supervisor references
