Responsibilities
đ What Youâll Be Doing:
Support Clients: Provide top-notch service via email, phone, and online portal, responding within set timelines.
File Management: Review and update client files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Title Work: Conduct title searches, resolve discrepancies, and issue Commitments to Insure (CTIs).
Document Preparation: Draft mortgage and title documents in line with lender requirements.
Payout Processing: Request statements, calculate penalties/per diems, and finalize payout amounts.
Stakeholder Communication: Handle escalated calls and maintain strong relationships with lenders and credit unions.
Full-Cycle File Handling: Oversee files from start to finish, including resolving document rejections.
Stay Informed: Keep up with company policies, lender processes, and industry updates.
Qualifications
đ What You Bring to the Table
đ A diploma in Law Clerk, Legal Administration, or equivalent hands-on experience.
đĄ At least 6 months of experience in real estate transactionsâtitle searches, file handling, and more.
đŁïž Strong communication skills with a natural flair for delivering excellent customer service.
đ§ Detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
