Responsibilities
• Facilitate live virtual and in-person training sessions for budget managers and operational leaders.
• Design modular training materials including facilitation guides, slide decks, and learner workbooks.
• Develop hands-on scenario-based exercises for the Cashflow and Financial Forecasting system.
• Create new instructional content independently to meet emerging needs during the training surge.
• Produce e-learning modules and job aids that align with established learning architecture and standards.
• Work with subject matter experts to ensure all training content is accurate and reflects current processes.
• Collect and analyze participant feedback to recommend immediate refinements to delivery approaches.
Qualifications
• At least 5 years of experience in instructional design and facilitation within complex or public sector environments.
• A university degree in Education, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field combined with an Adult Education certification.
• Proven ability to translate complex financial or system-based content into accessible and engaging learning materials.
• Strong proficiency in using Articulate 360 for the development of e-learning modules.
• Previous experience supporting large-scale organizational change or system rollouts under tight timelines.
