Position: Training Facilitator
Shift: Monday-Friday, Core Business Hours
Location: Hybrid - 4 days/week in office (Toronto, ON)

Responsibilities
• Develop training procedures, manuals, guides, and course materials (handouts, visual aids).
• Deliver engaging training sessions using various methods (role-playing, simulations, group discussions, videos, lectures).
• Monitor, evaluate, and record training activities and program effectiveness.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and consultations with managers.
• Adapt training methods as needed to ensure effectiveness.
• Collaborate with department leads and subject matter experts to determine training needs.
• Facilitate training sessions (virtual and in-person) using tools such as Webex and Slido.
Qualifications
• 5-7 years of experience in training facilitation, ideally within a financial institution or large organization with technology focus (Microsoft, Google, etc.).
• Proven experience in developing and delivering engaging training programs across various formats.
• Strong facilitation skills (virtual and in-person).
• Proficiency in using Webex and engagement tools like Slido.
• Experience working on large, multifaceted initiatives with client-facing and operational components.
• Adult learning principles knowledge. Experience with Thrive is a plus.
• Bilingualism (French) is a desirable asset.
