Responsibilities
âą Configure and manage sandbox environments in Dynamics 365 CE and/or F&O for role-based testing and training
âą Create test data, simulate workflows, and validate functionality across multiple user roles
âą Structure and maintain a SharePoint-based knowledge portal, including metadata, tagging, and page layout
âą Develop assignments, user guides, and âhow-toâ documentation aligned with business processes and training goals
âą Translate DevOps test cases and workflows into user-friendly simulation steps and support material
âą Apply plain language and AODA accessibility standards in all training and documentation deliverables
âą Work collaboratively with project stakeholders, training developers, and business teams to prepare and validate digital learning content
âą Provide support for user navigation, knowledge organization, and system data readiness
âą Ensure documentation traceability, version control, and alignment with project goals throughout the training lifecycle
Qualifications
Must Have
âąExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and/or Finance & Operations environments (CRM/sandbox/test data context)
âąExperience creating system data aligned with training/testing simulations and user roles
âąStrong SharePoint Online skills for structuring subpages, web parts, and content organization
âąFamiliarity with documenting task-based instructions, system processes, or internal knowledge content
âąDetail-oriented and structured approach to simulation scripting and assignment/test case alignment
Nice to Have
đ§ Experience translating business processes and DevOps test cases into structured learning content
đïž Strong organizational thinking around SharePoint taxonomy, metadata, and self-navigation strategies
đ Knowledge of AODA and plain language writing in technical documentation
đ§Ș Hands-on testing experience across different roles in CRM systems
đŹ Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and training teams
