Responsibilities
•Participate in end-to-end Tyler EAM implementations, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
•Configure modules for asset lifecycle management, work orders, preventive maintenance, inventory, and capital planning.
•Customize workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet organizational or client-specific needs.
•Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Tyler EAM, providing ongoing system administration and troubleshooting.
•Maintain user access, security roles, and data integrity across all modules.
•Monitor system performance, apply updates, and coordinate with Tyler Technologies support as needed.
•Train and mentor end-users to ensure adoption and system proficiency.
•Analyze current asset management processes and recommend improvements using Tyler EAM functionality.
•Partner with finance, operations, and IT teams to ensure system integration and alignment with other enterprise applications.
•Develop KPIs and reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making for asset management.
•Participate in project planning, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
•Communicate progress, risks, and issues effectively to project sponsors and leadership.
•Build strong relationships with stakeholders, technical teams, and Tyler Technologies representatives.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
•Proven expertise in Tyler EAM software, including implementation, configuration, and administration.
•3–7 years of experience in asset management, enterprise software implementation, or a related IT/business systems role.
•Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, work order management, preventive maintenance, and capital planning.
•Experience integrating Tyler EAM with other Tyler products (e.g., Munis, EnerGov) or third-party systems.
•Proficiency in SQL, Crystal Reports, or similar reporting tools.
•Solid understanding of data governance, security, and system best practices.
•Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
•Tyler Technologies certifications in EAM or related modules.
•Previous experience with municipalities, government agencies, utilities, or large enterprises.
•Strong technical background in ERP, GIS integration, or asset management software.
Education
•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
