Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automation solutions using UI Path, Tableau, and Alteryx.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new automation opportunities and design technical solutions.
- Create, test, and implement UI Path workflows to automate manual business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to existing UI Path workflows.
- Design and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to provide data-driven insights.
- Develop and implement Alteryx workflows to automate data processing and analysis.
- Document and communicate automation solutions to all stakeholders.
- Monitor and continuously improve automation solutions for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide subject matter expertise (SME) input on assigned projects.
- Create and implement sound technical solutions that align with project goals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues to management as needed.
- Ensure timely delivery of project tasks in accordance with established project plans.
- Lead and manage intake initiatives from start to finish.
- Participate in root cause analysis, issue management, and change management processes.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- 5-8 years of experience in automation and application development.
- 5-8 years of experience with data visualization and reporting, specifically using Tableau.
- Advanced proficiency in developing and maintaining UI Path workflows.
- Advanced experience in developing Tableau dashboards and reports.
- Advanced knowledge of data processing and analysis using Alteryx.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and MS Visio.
- Intermediate knowledge of ITIL service management.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science.
Nice to Have:
- UI Path Certified Developer or Advanced Developer certification.
- Tableau Desktop Qualified Associate certification.
- Alteryx Designer Core certification.
