What you’ll do

As a Ultility- Genmeral Labour, you’ll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape. 
Your day-to-day:

• Support machine operators with equipment setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
• Load raw materials and keep machines supplied to maintain continuous production
• Assist with feed guides, pressure settings, and clearing production jam-ups
• Perform quality checks and identify defects, alignment issues, or material inconsistencies
• Safely handle and move materials throughout the production process
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment following 5S standards
• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout protocols
• Complete production paperwork and printing tags accurately
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production and quality targets

Your strengths as a Ultility- Genmeral Labour

You are a natural fit for this role if:

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent
• You have forklift experience and are comfortable completing an on-the-job assessment
• You possess strong mechanical aptitude and enjoy working with machinery
• You can follow instructions and perform basic measurements accurately
• You pay close attention to detail and take pride in producing quality work
• You communicate effectively in English to support safety and teamwork
• You are dependable, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• You enjoy working collaboratively and contributing to team success
• Manufacturing experience is an asset, but not required
