Responsibilities
•Be the trusted advisor to line managers to implement the unit business and people plans to achieve operational goals and objectives.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency in application of all people processes for a great co-worker experience.
•In partnership with line managers, enable inclusive talent management and continuous development of local leadership capabilities to deliver to the VCG goals.
•In partnership with business leaders support people aspects related to Transformation in the unit and be an active ambassador for standardization and change
•Be the guardian of the company Culture & Values in the unit, acting as the voice of the co-worker and securing that company is a caring employer and a great place to work, as well as safeguarding co-worker experience (overall end-to-end - beyond People & Culture experience)
Qualifications
•University degree and 2 years of related experience, or minimum 5 years of related experience
•Perfect command of spoken and written English
