Compensation: Hourly pay rate is open for discussion and will be determined based on experience and market alignment.($33-$45/hr)

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Intake & Skillset Mastery: Lead deep-dive intake sessions with hiring managers, ask critical questions up front to master complex technical requirements, and fully screen candidates before presenting them.
Proactive Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing methodologies to target top-tier passive talent across Quality, Product Development, R&D, Manufacturing, and Production.
Market Advisory & Guidance: Lead data-driven conversations with hiring managers regarding candidate availability, compensation trends, and skill viability.
Courageous Leadership: Act as a true partner—know when and how to push back constructively when hiring expectations conflict with market realities, escalating roadblocks to HR leadership when necessary.
Continuous Strategy Iteration: Proactively identify hiring bottlenecks (compensation gaps, location constraints, niche skills) early and immediately regroup with hiring managers to pivot strategy.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record as a TA Partner or Senior Sourcer, preferably within Manufacturing, Production, or Technical R&D environments.
Sourcing Expertise: Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and direct-sourcing tactics (not reliant on active job applicants).
Consultative Mindset: High level of autonomy, confidence to influence business leaders, and strong executive presence.
Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to learn complex technical skill sets quickly during intake meetings.
