Qualifications
We are looking for "Tech-Savvy Learners" who meet the following non-negotiable requirements:
Bilingualism: Mandatory 5/5 fluency in both French and English (verbal and written).
Experience: 1+ years of experience in a phone-based customer service or call center environment.
Precision: An "eagle eye" for data accuracy and the ability to pass rigorous data-entry testing.
Tech Literacy: Advanced computer skills, fast/accurate typing, and the ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously.
Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work fully on-site at the Winnipeg office location.
