Responsibilities
•Providing onsite and remote support for end users and devices in healthcare facilities
•Deploying new computers and accessories, and refreshing existing hardware
•Imaging devices, installing software, and performing basic troubleshooting
•Assisting with physical setup and movement of equipment (e.g., under-desk swaps, WOW carts)
•Gathering user information and documenting daily work activities
•Supporting general technical tasks as assigned by the lead or manager
Qualifications
•IT diploma or equivalent (e.g., college or university program in IT or related field)
•Experience in customer service
•Experience providing onsite, face-to-face technical support for users and devices
•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and follow direction from a lead/manager
•Strong communication and collaboration skills
•Ability to pass a criminal record check (RCMP)
•Up-to-date immunization records (or in progress) for Measles, Mumps, Rubella; Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis; and Varicella
