- Salary range for Utility : $20.17/hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- The position will train on the day shift for approximately one month before transitioning to the night shift schedule.

What you’ll do
As a Utility, you’ll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape.
Your day-to-day:
- Ability to drive forklift and clamp truck in a safe manner
- Prepping the raw material at the load stand area
- Do all raw material and finished good quality tests
- Prepping the finished roll and pallets by using proper packaging instructions
- Assist in any needs in the production area
Your strengths as a Utility
You are a natural fit for this role if:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Capable of lifting to 40 lbs.
- Some computer experience – SAP experience is a plus
- Ability to take initiative and be flexible
- May be required to complete mechanical and personality testing
- Strong safety mindset is critical
