This is a chance to work with a customer-centric organization where you will be a strong advocate for the user and directly influence the design of their digital products. This role is hybrid and will require a minimum of 3 days in office.

If you are formally trained in design, obsess over details, see feedback as a good thing, and thrive on iterating until you get it right, we encourage you to apply!
As a Product Designer, you will be a key contributor in the creation of intuitive user experiences for digital products. You will leverage your expertise in User-Centred Design (UCD) methodologies to translate conceptual ideas into compelling customer experiences. This role involves everything from initial research and strategy contribution to designing, prototyping, and iterating on high-fidelity mock-ups for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Advantages
High Impact: Directly contribute to design strategies and frameworks on major projects.
Customer Focus: Join a company where challenging old ways of thinking and putting the customer at the center of everything they do is the core principle.
Professional Growth: Opportunity to continuously enhance knowledge and expertise in experience design, staying abreast of emerging trends.
Collaborative Environment: Work fully as a member of a team, providing training and knowledge transfer to support a positive work culture.
Skill Development: Gain exposure to and utilize best practices within a regulated environment, enhancing your risk management and control knowledge.
Responsibilities
Design and Prototyping: Facilitate product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products.
User-Centred Delivery: Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Research and Insights: Conduct basic user research with limited support and provide actionable insights to inform design decisions.
Collaboration & Strategy: Collaborate across teams, ensuring deliverables align with both user and business needs, and contribute to strategies and frameworks on projects.
Problem Solving & Iteration: Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions, taking a UCD approach to rapidly test and iterate designs.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain all correspondence and information confidentiality, conduct internal/external research, and perform reporting/analysis to assess the effectiveness of programs and policies.
Qualifications
Experience & Education: 3+ years of experience, preferably in digital design, interaction, and visual design.
Formal Training: A degree in design or a design-related discipline (e.g., industrial design, user-centred design, visual design, human-computer interaction, psychology, etc.) is required.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Axure, and Adobe's Creative Suite.
Prototyping Skills: Demonstrated prototyping skills using various techniques, including sketch, paper, wireframe, video, or interactive prototypes.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tell a great story and effectively communicate ideas to a diverse audience and constructively integrate feedback.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for iterating until the product is right.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of web and mobile technologies.
