Responsibilities
• Attend daily Pod Stand-Ups with colleagues.
• Manage assigned UX writing and content design projects, delivering and responding to feedback with standard content design documents.
• Collaborate with the Human-Centered Design team and project partners to determine business objectives that drive content strategy.
• Write clear, accurate, and compelling user interface copy.
• Work closely with fellow designers, accessibility specialists, developers, and legal counsel to craft seamless customer experiences.
• Make recommendations on user requirements for projects and contribute to project scoping and planning.
• Help define content governance and workflow, as well as style, tone, and voice guidelines.
• Present content concepts in collaboration with designers.
• Write and design in accordance with the design system.
• Coordinate copy translation.
• Contribute to the development of the team’s culture and quality standards.
• Manage and administer design projects.
Qualifications
• A post-secondary degree in a writing or design-related discipline.
• 3-5 years of overall experience with a minimum of 2 years in product design or the creation of digital experiences.
• Expert writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with experience writing for online, kiosk, Voice, and audio user interfaces.
• Experience with graphic design and UX writing.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX writing abilities.
• Experience with Figma/Figjam and Confluence/Jira is a plus.
• Experience in the finance industry is a plus
