Responsibilities
- Oversee multi-facility warehouse distribution network operational performance, capacity planning, and fulfillment throughput across Canadian hubs.
- Manage direct leadership teams and cross-functional staff to cultivate high accountability, productivity, and workforce retention.
- Resolve critical supply chain bottlenecks, inventory inaccuracies, parcel transit delays, and escalating transportation expenditures.
- Implement strategic continuous improvement projects, warehouse management tools, continuous process automation, and operational technology.
- Maintain financial budget accountability, controlling operating expenditure while successfully protecting key customer SLAs during hyper-growth phases.
Qualifications
- Extensive leadership background in 3PL, e-commerce parcel fulfillment, or regional freight transport operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or Business Administration; an MBA is preferred.
- Hands-on proficiency utilizing modern CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and advanced transportation management software.
- Demonstrated history of direct financial budget management, network capacity expansion, and workforce planning across multi-site operations.
- Mastery of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and process redesign frameworks.
