As a Warehouse Administrator, you will be the key link between the office and the warehouse floor. Your strong administrative skills, particularly your proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite programs, will be vital for success. You will manage critical documentation, coordinate shipping and receiving activities, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the manufacturing & logistics operations. Responsibilities
• Accurately manage and process a high volume of documents related to shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Conduct daily data entry and update the inventory management system to ensure accuracy of stock levels.
• Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound freight shipments, working with carriers and internal teams.
• Prepare shipping labels, bills of lading, and other required paperwork for Wholesale distribution.
• Monitor and maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for all warehouse transactions.
• Communicate professionally and clearly with drivers, warehouse personnel, and office staff.
• Assist with physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies as a proactive Warehouse Administrator.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety protocols in both the office and manufacturing & logistics areas.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support the Warehouse and operations team.
• Be prepared to assist with materials handling, including lifting up to 50lbs, as required on the warehouse floor.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for clear interaction with all stakeholders.
• Proven capacity to manage a high volume of documents with meticulous organization.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office Suite for reporting and tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of consciousness regarding the quality of the work performed.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes efficiently.
