What You Need to Know

Responsibilities
• Safely operate Order Picker, Reach Truck, and Sit-Down Counterbalance (SDCB) forklifts to move and stack inventory throughout the warehouse and outdoor yard.
• Utilize RF scanners and management systems to pick, package, and verify customer shipments according to manufacturing & logistics standards.
• Unload, inspect, and process incoming freight, verifying documentation and recording inventory data accurately.
• Complete daily pre-operational safety inspections on equipment to maintain optimal workplace safety and performance.
• Perform regular inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle audits across indoor and outdoor storage zones.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment in indoor warehouse aisles and outdoor yard grounds.
• Assist supervisors with special projects, seasonal reorganizations, and general material handling tasks in manufacturing & logistics.
• Collaborate with team members and logistics supervisors to ensure smooth daily workflow and on-time order dispatch.
• Adhere strictly to all health and safety policies, written procedures, and personal protective equipment standards.
Qualifications
• Valid Forklift Certification (Order Picker, Reach Truck, or Sit-Down Counterbalance / SDCB ticket).
• Required to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ pounds consistently throughout the shift.
• High physical mobility, including walking, standing, reaching, bending, twisting, and climbing.
• Capability and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions throughout the year in Abbotsford, BC.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or industrial yard within manufacturing & logistics.
• Immediate availability to start work after passing initial screening and background checks.
• Excellent attendance, punctuality, and commitment to working 40 hours per week reliably.
