In this dynamic role as a Warehouse Associate - Customer Service, you will bridge the gap between back-of-house logistics and front-of-house client care. Beyond standard warehouse duties such as order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control, you will serve as the primary welcoming face and voice of the store counter. You will greet visiting customers, answer incoming phone inquiries, and respond efficiently to emails regarding product availability and order status. Within our clean, organized manufacturing & logistics facility in Scarborough, ON, you will operate dockstocker material handling equipment safely to move materials and stage shipments. While hands-on dockstocker experience is required, possessing a forklift license is an asset, and full on-site forklift certification and training will be provided.

Responsibilities
• Perform accurate order picking, parcel preparation, labeling, and tagging of materials in accordance with manufacturing & logistics safety procedures.
• Greet walk-in store customers at the front counter, managing order pickups, sales checkouts, and in-person inquiries.
• Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and respond to customer service emails concerning order status, stock availability, and deliveries.
• Manage daily shipping and receiving tasks, including unloading freight, inspecting shipments for accuracy, and sorting items into designated warehouse storage locations.
• Safely operate dockstocker material handling equipment to move inventory, stage shipments, and organize warehouse aisles across the Scarborough, ON facility.
• Operate forklift equipment (with full on-site training provided) to handle heavier pallets and optimize warehouse storage space.
• Maintain precise inventory control records, conduct routine cycle counts, and report discrepancies directly to the warehouse manager.
• Keep the front store counter, customer waiting areas, and warehouse working floors clean, safe, and fully organized at all times.
• Adhere strictly to workplace health, safety, and security policies to foster a safe working environment in manufacturing & logistics.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of solid experience working in a warehouse or material handling role within manufacturing & logistics.
• Demonstrated background in customer-facing roles, such as front-desk customer service, retail counter sales, or call handling.
• Proven experience operating dockstocker equipment in an active warehousing environment.
• Valid forklift operator license is preferred as an asset, or a willingness to complete on-site certification.
• Physical capability to bend, stretch, stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Exceptional punctuality, strong work ethic, and a dependable record of attendance.
• Commitment to strict adherence to health and safety guidelines in Scarborough, ON.
