Responsibilities
Classify, sort, and prepare physical documents and pages based on key words for high-volume scanning.
Execute on-screen data entry, inventory data capture, and document classification according to specific requirements
Manage physical records by removing staples, sorting, re-filing, boxing records, and reassembling documents back to their original condition as required
Safely navigate the warehouse by routinely pushing and pulling items such as carts, boxes, and files
Qualifications
Must possess personal safety steel-toe boots/shoes for the warehouse environment.
Must be capable of routine lifting of 20-50 pounds , overhead reaching , routine bending and stretching , and sitting or standing for long periods
Ability to complete tracking accurately and understand the importance of detail and accuracy.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with a strong ability to learn and apply subject matter knowledge to industry-specific records
