We are actively seeking reliable, driven Warehouse Associates to join our rapidly growing logistics and transportation team. Operating out of a brand-new, high-volume facility in Milton, this is a unique opportunity to help build a top-tier operation from the ground up. You will enjoy working in a clean, state-of-the-art workspace with a leadership team that is dedicated to cultivating a positive, supportive, and safety-first culture from day one.
What You Bring to the Team
- Physical Capability: Comfortable standing for extended periods and able to safely lift up to 50 lbs on a repetitive basis.
- Outstanding Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and consistent attendance is critical to our team's success.
- Drive and Attitude: A team-oriented mindset and a desire to secure long-term employment.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a great asset, but it is not required—we are ready to train the right person!

Responsibilities
Pick and scan orders accurately
Pack and ship orders accurately and efficiently
Receive, unload, and process incoming stock and materials
Handle items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Maintain inventory controls through proper documentation
Maintain clean and organized work areas.
Support team with other warehouse tasks as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous warehouse experience is an asset but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
