Position: Warehouse Associate with Reach Truck Experience
Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $22.50/hr
Location: Mississauga, ON L5M 0Y9
Shift: Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities
• Receive incoming shipments and perform detailed inspections against purchase orders to verify contents and quality.

• Operate the Raymond Reach forklift safely to move, stack, and organize materials within the facility.
• Pick and pack orders securely using appropriate materials, ensuring 100% accuracy in documentation.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers and prepare all necessary logistics labels and tracking information.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle audits to maintain stock integrity in the manufacturing & logistics hub.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace by adhering to all strict safety protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pivot priorities and meet urgent operational deadlines.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate, Order Picker, or in a similar logistics role.
• Valid Raymond Reach forklift experience and certification is mandatory for this position.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Flexibility to stand, walk, bend, and reach for long periods throughout the shift.
• A valid driver’s license is considered a strong asset for delivery driving duties.
• Knowledge of the construction, restoration, or general safety industry is an advantage.
