As an Order Picker - Warehouse Associate in the manufacturing & logistics sector, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of modern pharmaceutical logistics. Working within a specialized temperature-controlled environment, your main priority will be accurately picking and packing medications and related health supplies. This position is ideal for someone who possesses strong attention to detail, thrives in a small team setting, and enjoys an active physical role involving continuous walking and repetitive lifting.
In this manufacturing & logistics role, precision and care are key. Working with healthcare-related merchandise means that exact order fulfillment is essential to maintaining high standards of service. You will be using pick lists or scanner systems to locate products, verify batch codes, package goods safely for transport, and keep inventory records up to date. If you have a background in warehousing, order fulfillment, or general labor in the manufacturing & logistics space, your skills will be a direct match for this position.

Responsibilities
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare medication and healthcare supply orders according to client specifications.
• Perform quality checks on items, ensuring correct product codes, quantities, and packaging integrity.
• Maintain continuous physical activity, including extensive walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Safely handle, move, and stack packages weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Work comfortably and efficiently in a cold storage environment maintained at temperatures between 2°C and 8°C.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and inventory standards required within a pharmaceutical warehousing facility.
• Collaborate effectively with a small, cohesive warehouse team to meet daily operational targets.
Qualifications
• Must possess CSA-approved steel-toe safety footwear (client provides all other required gear).
• Ability to comfortably work in a cold environment maintained between 2°C and 8°C.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs throughout the workday.
• Capability to spend long periods walking and standing on concrete floors.
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and commitment to the 3-day weekly schedule.
