Position: Warehouse Associate / Shipper
Location: Calgary
Main Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (may have flexibility to do 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Pay: $20/hr

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day shipping, receiving, and packaging of pharmaceutical products.
Print labels and waybills, prepare products, and process invoices for shipping.
Maintain a clean and safe shipping and receiving area.
Coordinate pickups and deliveries with couriers.
Monitor shipping materials and supplies, and manage inventory, reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor.
Adhere to all relevant guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Answer the door for patient pickups and handle verbal communication professionally.
Utilize a laptop for training and documentation purposes.
Prepare packages for shipment, including putting products in coolers, wrapping them, and staging them.
Handle inbound shipments, which occur once daily.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting.
Previous experience in a retail pharmacy or hospital setting is an asset.
Proven ability to work in a clean, professional, and efficient environment.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Capable of physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, bending, stretching, and standing for long periods.
Skills
Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.
Ability to coordinate tasks with team members and work independently.
Positive and proactive attitude.
Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repetitively.
Experience using manual jacks.
Proficient with Microsoft Teams for communication.
Willingness to learn and use various technologies.
