Position: Warehouse Associate / Shipper
Rate: $23/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am-4pm
Location: Surrey BC V3Z 1A1
Advantages

Responsibilities
• Package pharmaceutical medications and health products strictly according to specifications for safe shipment to customers.
• Perform daily shipping, receiving, and packaging activities within the manufacturing & logistics warehouse environment.
• Print shipping labels, generate waybills, prepare product manifests, and compile invoices for outgoing packages.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping and receiving area while coordinating timely pickups and deliveries with couriers.
• Monitor shipping materials, packaging supplies, and stock levels, promptly reporting any inventory discrepancies to the warehouse manager or supervisor.
• Adhere to all relevant operational guidelines, health regulations, safety requirements, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Operate logistics tools, barcode scanners, and shipping software to track package dispatch and inventory movements accurately.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages or errors prior to processing and dispatch.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or Secondary School Diploma equivalent.
• Capability to perform physical warehouse tasks, including lifting up to 35 pounds independently, carrying, bending, stretching, and standing for extended periods.
• Punctual, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic.
• Proficient in English oral and written communication.
• Previous work experience as a Shipper, shipping and receiving clerk, or warehouse associate in a retail pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or fulfillment setting is strongly preferred.
• Willingness and ability to learn and utilize various shipping, tracking, and warehouse technology systems.
