As a Warehouse Associate specializing in fabrication et logistique, you will play an essential role in driving the efficiency and operational excellence of our client’s daily supply chain. You will be at the heart of warehouse operations, responsible for executing a broad spectrum of critical functions ranging from detailed receiving and computer inventory updates to precise shipping preparation and active stock management. This fast-paced position relies heavily on your sharp attention to detail, commitment to quality assurance, and hands-on mechanical aptitude. Operating within the domain of fabrication et logistique, you will operate a sit-down propane forklift, ensuring that materials and shipments are handled safely, accurately, and swiftly across the facility.

5. Requirements
Responsibilities
• Handle all incoming shipments, verify purchased products, and enter receipts accurately into the computer inventory system.
• Perform quality assurance inspections on incoming goods and place received materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Pull, pack, weigh, and label materials for shipment while preparing precise bills of lading and express receipts.
• Assist in loading trucks, prepare detailed delivery records, and process forms for returned materials.
• Inspect, pull, and return stock pending credit memos, customer sales, or supplier returns.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, assemble or disassemble racks and shelves, and execute basic preventative maintenance for vehicles and equipment.
• Record and process customer complaints or feedback regarding products or services efficiently.
• Maintain counter stock and assist with over-the-counter sales and client inquiries as needed.
Qualifications
• Proven experience operating a sit-down propane forklift safely and efficiently.
• Strong computer literacy with experience logging data into inventory management software.
• Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and quality control skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and process shipping documents.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks, including lifting and manual material handling.
