Responsibilities
Drive Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders quickly and accurately to meet fast-paced demands.
Manage Inventory: Operate RF scanners and utilize warehouse technology to track, audit, and log stock levels in real time.
Execute Freight Handling: Load, unload, and safely maneuver incoming and outgoing shipments across the warehouse floor.
Maintain Facility Excellence: Restock shelves, organize inventory, and rigorously maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free workspace.
Deliver Daily Results: Arrive consistently on time and collaborate with cross-functional teammates to exceed operational targets.
Qualifications
Experience: Hold 6+ months of general labour, warehouse, or logistics experience.
Technical Skills: Possess hands-on experience (or strong familiarity) operating RF scanners and hand/electric pallet jacks.
Reliability & Drive: Bring a dependable work ethic, strong punctuality, and a commitment to hitting daily goals.
Teamwork: Work collaboratively in dynamic, team-oriented environments.
Physical & Operational Readiness: Safely lift, move freight, and execute physical labour across active facility floors.
