Responsibilities
Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to support warehouse operations.
Manage driver reception: greet drivers, assign dock doors, and process check-ins/check-outs.
Perform timely data entry in MWS and dock software for all inbound/outbound shipments.
Process customer orders with adherence inventory rules.
Handle daily communications, including start/end of shift reports, monitoring emails, andcustomer service.
Generate reports, track exceptions, and assist with inventory control duties as needed.
Qualifications
Counterbalance forklift operator experience.
1 or more years of experience in warehouse administration, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
Strong computer skills, including accurate data entry.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
