• Operating warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks) safely to move heavy materials throughout the facility.
• Identifying and reporting any product defects or inventory discrepancies during the picking/packing process.
• Collaborating with the manufacturing & logistics team to hit hourly and daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
To be considered for the Warehouse Associate role, candidates must meet these criteria:
• Previous experience in order picking or shipping/receiving is considered a strong asset.
• Ability to work a consistent day shift in a permanent full-time capacity.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing & logistics warehouse environment.
• Reliability and a strong track record of punctuality are essential for our Markham client.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
