This role as a Warehouse Associate falls under our Randstad Operational specialization, which focuses on connecting talented individuals with opportunities in fields like manufacturing & logistics, industrial management, and skilled trades. We are looking for an exceptional Warehouse Associate to join our client's team, working a consistent, full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $19. Responsibilities

• Strong work ethic and reliability, particularly with the consistent M-F schedule.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to order accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively and maintain performance in a physically demanding role, including the cooler section.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Commitment to safety standards and operational excellence in manufacturing & logistics. • Organizational skills to maintain efficient workspace and flow.
Qualifications
• Proven, practical experience and knowledge of using an RF scanner.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and safely. • Demonstrated knowledge of how to operate a pump jack for moving skids.
• Willingness and ability to work the specified shift: Mon-Thurs 8:30 AM-5 PM, and Fri 8 AM-4:30 PM.
• Capability and flexibility to participate in the weekly ambient/cooler rotation. • Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing & logistics environment is highly desirable.
