Responsibilities
• Physically receive, store, and restock electrical merchandise within the Milton distribution center.
• Accurately record all inventory transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Prepare, pick, pack, and hand-wrap orders for outbound shipment.
• Document all shipping activities precisely to maintain high data integrity.
• Use an RF Scanner to organize orders, locate stock, and maintain real-time inventory logs.
• Operate a Reach Forklift safely to move pallets and organize high-bay storage when required.
• Adhere strictly to warehouse standards, health and safety protocols, and technical best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure all daily order fulfillment targets are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe manufacturing & logistics environment.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in using RF Scanners and digital inventory tracking tools.
• Strong attention to detail for picking complex electrical part numbers.
• Ability to work at a steady pace while maintaining high accuracy.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy for navigating Warehouse Management Systems.
• Problem-solving skills to address inventory discrepancies quickly.
• Physical stamina for manual handling, lifting, and repetitive movements.
• Valid Forklift Certification (Reach Truck) is highly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the day shift.
• Reliable transportation to the Milton warehouse location.
