In this role, your primary objective as a Warehouse Associate is to support daily shipping and logistics operations while spearheading a major reorganization project. Our Manufacturing & Logistics partners rely on efficient storage solutions, and you will be the lead in cleaning, sorting, and categorizing inventory and sales materials in our basement storage area. As a Warehouse Associate, you will work closely with the Office Services Team. Your expertise in Manufacturing & Logistics protocols will ensure that all shipping methods are optimized and that all packages—up to 50 lbs—are handled with care. This Warehouse Associate role requires a high level of trust, as you will be handling sensitive and high-value shipments; therefore, a clean criminal record is a mandatory requirement for this Manufacturing & Logistics opportunity.

Responsibilities
• Support daily shipping and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Determine most efficient shipping methods and arrange outgoing shipments.
• Execute picking, packing, and fulfillment of orders with high accuracy.
• Unpack, sort, and route incoming goods to appropriate storage or office locations.
• Operate pallet jacks to move pallets safely throughout the facility.
• Lead the storage and organization project, specifically focused on the basement area.
• Sort, label, and categorize inventory and sales materials for easy retrieval.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage environment at all times.
• Collaborate with the Office Services Team and external business partners.
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols within the Manufacturing & Logistics framework.
• Lift, push, and pull packages and pallets weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Clear criminal record check (required for handling high-value shipments).
• Reliable attendance and punctuality for the 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM shift.
• Strong communication skills to interact with employees and third-party agencies.
• Commitment to a 2-month contract duration.
