Responsibilities
Resolve OS&D issues for the terminal by collaborating with local and national colleagues and customers
Maintain the OS&D area in accordance with 5S standards
Follow established policies and procedures to track freight movement and prevent loss, damage, or theft
Investigate root causes for OS&D occurrences and implement corrective and preventive measures
Escalate unresolved issues and process compliance failures to management as required
Ensure team compliance with freight flow guidelines and keep OS&D procedures current and accessible
Qualifications
High school diploma required; post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Previous experience in transportation or terminal operations
Advanced communication, customer relationship, and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency with computers, including MS Office, AS400, and web-based systems
Strong ability to meet deadlines in a high-transaction environment and work independently
