Position: Warehouse Shipper / Shipping Coordinator
Location: Richmond, BC
Pay: $21/hr
Shift: 9AM to 5PM, Mon-Fri
Advantages

Responsibilities
• Pick, pack, and prepare post-production pharmacy orders, medications, and healthcare supplies accurately according to outgoing shipment manifests.
• Safely operate material handling equipment, including manual and electric pallet jacks, to transfer goods throughout the facility.
• Stage packed orders and medical supplies efficiently in designated dispatch areas for courier pick-up.
• Perform physical inventory handling, including lifting packages weighing up to 30 lbs over short distances (e.g., from floor to trolley or trolley to cooler shelves).
• Access cold storage/cooler areas intermittently throughout the shift to retrieve and stage temperature-controlled healthcare products.
• Utilize proprietary internal software systems to verify shipment accuracy, track order status, and complete basic logistics documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free shipping dock and warehouse work environment in compliance with workplace safety standards.
• Collaborate with on-site warehouse supervisors and logistics leads to ensure all daily delivery deadlines are strictly met.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in a Warehouse Shipper, Shipping Coordinator, or healthcare/pharmaceutical fulfillment role is preferred.
• Steel-toed safety shoes/boots are required for daily dock and warehouse operations.
• Physical capability to lift up to 30 lbs unassisted on a daily basis over short distances.
• Comfortable working intermittently in cold storage/cooler environments (1–2 hours non-consecutive per shift).
• Comfortable standing and walking for the majority of the workday (approximately 80% standing / 20% sitting).
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and available to start immediately in Richmond, BC.
