In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the distribution facility by:
Coordinating outbound and inbound loads based on schedule and volume.
Assisting in balancing demand across inbound, outbound, put away, and replenishment processes.
Liaising with the shift supervisor to prioritize and assign pick tickets efficiently.

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Days)
Monday to Thursday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Days)
Sunday to Wednesday: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (Afternoons)
Monday to Thursday: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (Afternoons)
Please note that any variation of these shifts may require coverage, depending on operational needs.
Pay rate; $24.50

Responsibilities
- Assist in balancing the volume demand and labour requirement of various warehouse functions such as shipping, receiving, put away and replenishments.
- Reviews weekly requirements and plans work in advance to accommodate peaks times.
- Track inventory fill rates and customer demand, identifying any gaps for correction to ensure proper staffing and transportation requirements are aligned to demand in order to reduce fill rate penalties and late deliveries.
- Maintain shipping supply inventories to ensure the efficiency of load planning (BOL, manifests, etc.).
- Monitor open deliveries in Infolog regularly to ensure system and inventory accuracy in order to meet customer demands
- Support all warehouse initiatives in coordination with the site leadership team. Build strong rapport with drivers, actively participate on projects, identify gaps and areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Qualifications
Two (2) years of experience in warehouse environment.
Strong initiative and decision-making skills to identify and solve problems in a timely and effective manner.
Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrated commitment to development and continuous improvement.
Proficient with standard programs including Microsoft office, WMS and SAP software.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint) and SAP or other WMS systems.
