Key Responsibilities
In this integral role, you will be the backbone of our daily operational success, focusing on:
Optimizing Warehouse Flow: Efficiently execute all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, packing, and shipping to ensure timely delivery.
Safety & Organization: Maintain a meticulously clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment, prioritizing safety in all tasks.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a supportive team, contributing to a high-performance culture and effectively communicating operational updates.

Responsibilities
In this integral role, you will be the backbone of our daily operational success, focusing on efficiency, safety, and precision:
Equipment Operation: Execute daily tasks using SDCB (Standard Counterbalance) and Reach lift equipment.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and site regulations, maintaining a meticulously clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
Precision & Detail: Execute all tasks—including receiving, sorting, packing, and shipping—with precision and meticulous attention to detail.
Process Mastery: Master new inventory procedures and policy updates quickly, ensuring seamless operational transitions.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members and management to achieve daily operational goals and contribute to a high-performance culture.
Workload Management: Manage workload and deadlines efficiently through effective time management and prioritization.
Qualifications
Operate certified counterbalance and reach trucks proficiently.
Handle physical demands, including the ability to consistently lift 20-50 lbs.
Utilize computer systems for accurate inventory tracking and documentation.
Experience will be considered in replacement of Certification
