In this Warehouse Associate role, you will be an integral part of a fast-paced and supportive environment. This position involves a variety of tasks crucial to the smooth operation of our client's logistics and supply chain. We are looking for candidates who are not just looking for a job, but who are passionate about industrial management and eager to contribute to a successful team. This position is located in Ottawa at 1290 Old Innes Rd., and the shifts are Monday to Friday, either 8:00am–5:00pm or 7:30am–4:30pm.

Responsibilities
• Handle and process incoming and outgoing shipments, including loading and unloading materials.

• Operate various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for timely distribution.
• Conduct regular quality checks on products and report any damages or discrepancies.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all daily tasks are completed and deadlines are met.
• Perform general housekeeping duties to keep the warehouse clean and orderly.
• Assist with inventory counts and participate in cycle counting as required.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing & logistics, or similar environment.
• 2+years of reach Truck forklfit expereince
• Proven ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid forklift operator license or certification is a strong asset.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and following protocols.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
